Railway Station, easily accessible by public transport with a choice of car

These include Customer Service Advisors and Telephone Collectors. We are
recruiting at a number of levels up to Team Leader. As with our general

Trace Researchers
- Malton.
We require 5 individuals to be trained as
Trace Researchers. This is an extremely rewarding,
challenging and varied role where your ability to talk
to people and help is prerequisite. You may be reuniting
long lost family members, tracing someone for debt
purposes, beneficiaries, rogue traders or many other

Our Customer Service and Account recovery
teams are currently undergoing expansion and we have
opportunities for up to 5 new team members in this
exciting area. The roles are varied and challenging
and will suit confident persons. You should enjoy
problem solving and be able to discuss overdue and
defaulted customer accounts with a professional and
customer focused approach. The ability to negotiate
or mediate professionally but remain friendly and
confident are just some of the qualities we are
looking for. Salaries are dependant on experience
but OTE of £15k or more is typical.
Performance related pay can take this figure to over
£22k. Our highest achievers can earn nearer £40k
