We also have, a number of new positions in Scarborough, North Yorkshire-  These include Customer Service Advisors and Telephone Collectors. We are recruiting at a number of levels up to Team Leader. Trace Researchers - Leeds

We require 2 more individuals to be trained as Trace Researchers. This is an extremely rewarding, challenging and varied role where your ability to talk to people and help is prerequisite. You may be reuniting long lost family members, tracing someone for debt purposes, beneficiaries, rogue traders or many other interesting and challenging cases. Applicants should be PC literate and enjoy working as part of a team. Previous call centre experience may be an advantage but we offer a complete retraining package for individuals that demonstrate the qualities we are looking for. package circa £15k plus other benefits.

Customer Service Advisors and Account Collectors / Negotiators - Leeds

Our Customer Service and Account recovery teams are currently undergoing expansion and we have opportunities for up to 5 new team members in this exciting area. The roles are varied and challenging and will suit confident persons. You should enjoy problem solving and be able to discuss overdue and defaulted customer accounts with a professional and customer focused approach. The ability to negotiate or mediate professionally but remain friendly and confident are just some of the qualities we are looking for. Salaries are dependant on experience but OTE of £15k or more is typical. Performance related pay can take this figure to over £22k.

We also have trainee roles available and these are open to individuals wishing to change careers or retrain from other disciplines. We offer very flexible hours including part time if required. We can also tailor working hours to ensure school holiday leave for working parents.

Head of Legal Services - Leeds or Scarborough

A qualified Solicitor or Barrister is required to manage the company's legal affairs plus develop an effective litigation department across consumer and commercial environments. DUTCH speaking Customer Service Advisor - Leeds or Scarborough

We require a Dutch speaking person to join our International collections team. Working mainly commercial accounts with some consumer accounts, you will liaise with customers in The Netherlands ensuring resolution of billing issues and repayment of invoices.

FRENCH speaking Trace Researchers and Customer Service Advisors
