Our clients pay either £19.99 & £35.00 for a full trace investigation and are only charged if we are successful. A full trace investigation is far more than just a search of the various databases that are available to anyone on CD. Each case is fully investigated by an individual Researcher and during this process we use a number of different techniques to create leads and follow up enquiries. Some of our competitors charge around £250.00 for a service that gives a comparable success rate (in excess of 80%) and levy a fee upwards of £100 if unsuccessful! You should only instruct on a no success no fee basis. Quite simply, our business grew out of providing tracing services for Banks, Building Societies and Utility companies. In fact, we are the preferred supplier to a number of the UK's largest Utility companies, Banks, Building Societies and Local Authorities receiving 1000's of instructions every week.
