Service Advisors and Telephone Collectors
and Admin.

recruiting at a number of levels up to Team
Leader. As with our general recruitment

UTILITY SECTOR - Customer Service Advisors
- Scarborough -

Our Customer Service Advisors undertake wide and diverse roles. We
take on activities or services that companies wish to outsource.
These include Customer Service functions, arrears management, debt
recovery, billing queries, sales and product enquiries and other
roles that you would expect in a client customer relationship. Our
current portfolio of clients include major Gas, Electricity and
Water companies, Satellite TV, Banks and Retailers.
Fundamentally, our Customer Service Advisors - (CSA's) are required
to be excellent communicators - friendly, caring and professional.
Whether you have office based experience with PC's or call telephony
systems is not as important. We will provide you with the training
and support you need to learn those new skills. You may have
spent your working life in a totally different profession with no
exposure to a modern office environment. All roles are target
driven and persons who thrive on the challenge of a measureable
target tend to establish themselves quickly into one of our highly
successful teams.
1st
Locate provide people of all ages with the chance to re-train for a

experience. Either way, we will be pleased to hear from you. As
