you to either learn new skills or upgrade your existing to a modern work
environment.
At present, roles are available within our
Leeds, Malton or Scarborough
operations centre. We are a short walk from Leeds city centre and the
Railway Station, easily accessible by public transport with a choice of car
parks close by. We also have,

Scarborough, North Yorkshire-
These include Customer Service Advisors and Telephone Collectors. We are
recruiting at a number of levels up to Team Leader. As with our general
recruitment policy, we positively encourage all applicants and offer
comprehensive retraining for those moving from other professions.

working hours and can offer some roles with extended holidays to cover
parents with child care commitments during the school holidays. We

Customer Service Advisors and Account Collectors /
Negotiators - Utility sector - Leeds
Our Customer Service and Account recovery
teams are currently undergoing expansion and we have
opportunities for up to 5 new team members in this
exciting area. The roles are varied and challenging
and will suit confident persons. You should enjoy
problem solving and be able to discuss overdue and
defaulted customer Utility accounts with a
professional and customer focused approach. The
ability to negotiate or mediate professionally but
remain friendly and confident are just some of the
qualities we are looking for. This is a target
driven environment and you should enjoy problem
solving and a positive work ethic. Full relevant
training will be provided although some experience
in a target driven environment (this could be sales,
customer service or revenue management) may help to
establish yourself quicker in this successful team.
Salaries are dependant on experience but range from
£12.5k - £15k with the opportunity to earn more from
performance related pay.
We also have trainee roles
available
and these are open to individuals wishing to change
careers or retrain from other disciplines. Confident
communicating skills and the ability to work to set
targets are some of the skills we are looking for.
