Calls charged at 30p per 30 seconds for calls received or calls forwarded.
Service includes: An 0870 non geographic unique number for your business.
Calls answered within trained hunt groups as per your required discipline ( i.e message taking, brochure despatch, sales enquiry, etc)
Automatic call routing used for out of hours or busy periods which can include the routing of the call to an alternative number, IVR alternatives or voicemail.
